Never a cross word...

They’re working on five across - ever so hard
A couple of letters are known.
If two heads cannot disentangle the clue
They’ll just have to resort to the phone!
The Internet, Google and iPhone combine
Into something akin to a cheat.
But if you can’t manage the crossword alone
with some help the damned questions you’ll beat!

Easter lunch at Greg and Cath's, and the afternoon snooze is set aside as we tussle with the clues in the Times crossword. It soon became evident that if you typed the clues into Google they'd all appeared somewhere before, which made completing it a bit easier.
