ahh much better

today to fit in with this week's theme i wanted to take a snap that encapsulated my running habit, however after spending a whole day staring at a spreadsheet (and eating too many custard creams!) i was not particularly inspired by ermm..lycra and being sweaty, however when i got in and had a nice steamy shower, i really liked the way the dimming light came through the drips on the shower curtain, hence today's pic :-)
