Easter Sunday dinner

Thanks to B for the roast potato tips. They were tasty and crunchy and there wasn't a single one left. I thought I'd cooked loads as I am partial to a cold roast potato for breakfast on occasion (TMI?) so note to self... make double the amount of roast potatoes... the chicken and veg turned out well too and the shredded wheat Easter nests were just the thing with a cuppa afterwards (classy).
