Seal

Took my big lens out to the Ythan estuary today, because I'd heard that Elvis the King Eider was about.  I saw lots of normal eider, but there was no sign of Elvis.  Went down towards the sea to have a look at the seal haul-out on the other side  of the river.  There were even more there than the last time I went - must be thousands of them.  There was one juvenile seal all alone on our side of the river.  I thought at first that it might be dead, but after a bit it moved.  Eventually, an adult arrived to encourage it to go back into the river.  I was frozen because I stood there so long watching it.    There's a few more shots in extras.
