Piscatorial Surgeon

While walking the streets of Crieff in an vain attempt to find an open chip shop selling chips and cheeeese with MrsCyclops and friends I came accross a fishmonger's shop with the following sign describing his trade.
I thought this to be a bit of a bold title to name yourself, but actually it is entirely accurate!
