KIWI BATCH

Well it really depends on which part of kiwiland you're in as to what this structure is called.  In Canterbury - its a BATCH - short for 'Batchelor Pad', if you go down to Central Otago its called a CRIB - ( dont know) on the west Coast of the south island its called "a pad" and in Ponsonby in Auckland it would be called a million dollar "Do UP" Here at Birdlings Flat its called "HOME"
