Triple Layer Chocolate Cake with Ganache Frosting

I may or may not have been a baker at one point in my life.

I made this for my room mate for his 43rd birthday. His wife, Dea was gone for his birthday, so I tried to make him feel not so alone by baking him this cake. 

He enjoyed it, I enjoyed it, and everyone where we work enjoyed it, too!

It was delicious and probably the best chocolate cake I've ever made.
