North Tyneside 10k

Forgive me for posting yet another running themed blip, but I had to save this to my journal. Today saw the 13th running of the North Tyneside 10k race, and since it started on Easter Sunday, 2005, I have missed only one, in 2008. 
Much to my delight, I recorded my fastest ever time for this event, at 44:36 I think "over the moon" is the phrase they use in a different sport :o)
