Sunday stroll

Had a nice lazy morning firsts for weeks not having to dash off to look at kitchens!

A trip to the dump is never far away though and there was junk from under the stair needed to go. It's very therapeutic but it's also amazing that some of the junk was kept!

Coffee, Sunday papers in Nero, m and S for a dessert, walk along the riverside then up to pick up Mum for tea at laura - and to see my wee dog who I'm missing so much.

Mum told us a funny story when Ben was visiting her last week. He was mucking about in her bedroom and stumbled across a pendant with a cross on it with a long gold chain. So he had put it round his neck then came to the living room door, dropped to his knees, clasped his hands as if in prayer, closed his eyes and stayed like that for a moment.....
mum, laura and dave were just sitting looking at him when suddenly he threw one hand in the air and shouted "let their be light" paused for effect then said "and there was light - they were in hysterics laughing as we were !

Must have been getting the story at school.

Back at the gym later, first time in three weeks since the lurgy so fitness levels have dropped.
