The weather was brilliant, sunny and not too windy, still under 10 degrees, though. 
The guy across worked all day long and his wife even came and helped a little. Lots of people came by to stare and some even stopped to talk to him. I think it's because he is using these plastic building blocks. I looked up the method and it looks very efficient.
