Another Day, Another Garden

Getting really good value from our NT membership cards, we called in at Arduaine on our way to our two-night stop at Oban

I liked the garden at Arduaine despite the fact that it is more formally laid out than Brodick and Crarae. There were still many Rhodies to admire. I have never seen quite so many Magnolias in one place though and they were marvellous.

No tea room at this garden but  cafe bistro at the adjacent hotel. A rather odd scone and some very sloppy homemade jam with it.
