The Wee Ferry

After fish and chips (what, again???) in Oban we turned towards Ardnamucrhcan, via the little Corran ferry.

"So, they don't have RET fares here, then?" I asked

"No," came the quick reply, "If they did, it would be about 7 pence."

A short trip, the ferry runs every half hour and that allowing for emptying and filling at each end. I was tickled by the way that the ferry is loaded and unloaded "sideways" 

The drive to Resipole from the ferry was simply breath-taking. So many times I would have wanted to stop and get out with the camera but there was nowhere safe to stop that was not a passing place.
