Dinosaur Plant!

Everything in the garden is growing so fast at the moment, especially the Gunnera manicata which always make me think it looks like it comes from pre historic times! Its huge furry rhizomes sit on the surface of the soil then it's spiny stalk emerges to produce these huge rough leaves!!
I love the Lily of the Valley in the foreground, too, a most reliable and welcome plant in my garden!
