A Magical Place

Before we headed back home we stopped at the white water rapids in Harrington Park on the out skirts of Minden, |Ontario. We have been here a number of times because it is such a beautiful place to visit up north. A lot of kayakers come here to test the white waters but none were here today. The sun was out and giving a wonderful dappled light through the trees and the roar from the river was some what loud. Wood peckers and chickadees were busy in the trees. Took a number of picture here, just might do a painting of one of them! A lovely way to end our special visit up here!
