Fever pitch

Two things impressed me at today's drab 2-0 defeat at Rochdale. First, the impressive dance routine by Coventry's players in the warm-up - the most well-coordinated aspect of their afternoon's exertions. And secondly, the fact that the Coventry supporters were entirely respectful of the female referee's assistant who ran the touchline in front of us all day. There was a time when she might have been subjected to all manner of dreadful remarks and songs.
