Heading home

Some more ewes and lambs sorted paired numbered tagged and recorded and heading back to their hills with Ryan Gosling our rescue greylag goose watching over.

Busy day after morning checks and feeding deer husband and I sorted through more ewes and lambs. Lots of brain work. On going round after I found a ewe with a freshly lambed dead lamb. I caught her and brought her in as it was good twin on potential for one of the twins with the old girl who only likes one of her lamb. Dead lamb skinned and skin put on the live lamb popped them in together and they already seem quite happy. Got our first pet lamb today too an older ewe has an infection and has gone off her milk so took her lamb away. So all go with the sheep!
