Easter Monday

Private project papers reading in the morning. Only left after noon and started walking from Forch towards Zurich. As the weather stayed dry with some shy sunny spells in between, we just kept walking, explored new paths ( ia Itschnach, Elephantenweg) and found a new restaurant for a quick local beer (Degenried). Also the prospect of seeing snowflakes tomorrow made us making the most of the day.

Arrived in Zurich at 6pm. 25K steps, mostly across green fields and along narrow ravines. Train back to Forch.

Leg of spring lamb, potatoes, carrots, fennel and onions roasting in the oven now. Franci Riserva 2007 open (extra).
