The light can't be fixed to the fork crown, so was fixed to the mudguard, whereupon it waggled mightily in several directions during the first short test run. It was then tethered to the head tube with a few loops of bungee, whereupon it waggled less but was less easily-controlled with regard to its angle of pointing, and also listed slightly to one side. It nevertheless illuminates where I want to go and allows me to be seen, which is the main point. Further fitting-testing shall be performed, though I'm half-inclined to just leave it imperfect whilst it's usable, though the risk of the mudguard being waggled hard enough to snap will probably force my hand.
