Easter Walk

We did our usual walk to breakfast, then walked home along the dike between the Columbia Slough and the golf course. Instead of Easter eggs, we saw a number of pretty orange and black caterpillars on the gravel path. I don't know if they were heading to a good spot for transformation into moths or butterflies, or if they were just out doing their caterpillar thing. No sign of the homeless we saw camped near here some months ago. They keep moving, whether by choice or by force.
