Over the Hill and Far Away

A bright start, with the wind picking up, clouding over later.   Warmer than of late.

We had a few jobs to do this morning, booked Holly in for a trim etc. for Saturday, sorted a few things out with the car and had a coffee.

I left Alan sitting on the Prom, while I headed towards Playa San Miguel, which is on the way to Guardias Viejas.   My blip today shows the spring grasses and flowers on the sand dunes with the Castle of Guardias Viejas in the background.   This is a quieter area of Almerimar at this time of year, but equally popular and busy in the summer with beach bars and restaurants along the prom.

An afternoon going through summer clothes.    It seems I sent quite a few items to the Charity shop last year - Oh! dear - we will have to go shopping!!
