Tulips for Tiny Tuesday

Gavin and I had our final meeting with the decorators this morning to go through all the items we want done to the new house before we move in - it was a long meeting and we were pleased with the decisions made. Then I came home and made lists and lists of all the things that have to be done....and bought....and organised. Its endless but we will get through things one step at a time.

Thomas starts school tomorrow and does not feel like going back to school and to write his first set of scary public exams. It has not been much of a holiday for him with all the revision that he has had to do, and it all kicks off with his German and Italian orals in two week's time, and then his first written exam is on 5th May and he finishes on 16th June - these GCSE's do drag on!

Tonight I am off to a committee meeting at school so I had better crack on with supper now.

The tulips in my garden are nearly over, but there are a few tightly closed buds that are starting to open now - I loved the colour of this one, and the light on those petals.

Tomorrow I am off in search of yellow fields!
