Pickering Castle In The Sun

I treated the missus to a new camera! But then I annoyed her hugely by hogging it all day. I needed to "test" it, you see.

Late this afternoon I took the dog up to the woods up behind Pickering Castle to check progress on the cross-country bike trials being built by the Newbridge Park Group, the voluntary team I occasionally claim to be part of to grab some local glory. I got this shot of the castle on the walk in.
