All in focus

I took some time to learn how to the use the focus marks on my lens... I've not used this before but it can help to ensure that everything is in sharp focus (front to back) - Well Technically only one thing in the scene can truly be in sharp focus ... everything else can be made 'acceptably sharp' (see the extra for a shot of my lens with the focus marks)

I tried to get the clouds and the grass sharp... and it looks like it worked OK

In other news I am planning a trip to Wales and doing some research.. I quite like the idea of trying to capture the Milky Way on Camera... Mrs P says just grab one from Sainsbury's (she means the chocolate.. cheeky!)

Little does she know that my plans include being on a beach at midnight :)
