Our first sunflower. Planted by our 7 year old, and the plants are now at least 7 feet tall. This is the first to bloom and is a bright reminder on a seemingly dismal day.

I'm going to try Astragalus on the family this season to help boost immunities. I sure hope it helps. The Chinese have supposedly been using it for over 4,000 years, so I figure they must know something!
