Incorrect wording??

I've walked past this notice, outside a local restaurant, countless times.....but today....I stopped...to take a closer look!

We all know about ' Children's portions/ Children's meals'.....
and here today we had 'Ladies steak/chicken/ spare rib ' etc....
not politically correct?!......a gender laden message?!

But how many times are we 'overwhelmed' by the size of the meal served to us?....
Think portion control......think obesity .....think good health.

A correct message.....but perhaps incorrect vocabulary?
