yellow

went to pick some post up from my friends today, and had a mooch around the garden where i used to blip regularly, on the way back down the garden from seeing S's new additions to the ever increasing menagerie ( 3 new ducks) ! i spotted this vibrant yellow poker of a flower, so decided to blip it :-). The trip down memory lane continued with a bit of Wordsworth ( care of the fab book T sent me from NZ ) here is the first two Stanza's of The Tables Turned by William Worsdworth

Up! up! my Friend, and quit your books;
Or surely you'll grow double:
Up! up! my Friend, and clear your looks;
Why all this toil and trouble?

The sun above the mountain's head,
A freshening lustre mellow
Through all the long green fields has spread,
His first sweet evening yellow.
