Mystery animal!

Can you identify this baby bird?  On my trail walk today I photographed the nest where he is currently living with his momma and sibling. To me he kind of looks like a very old person from the Middle Ages, but he really is a baby bird. I wrote about him on my blog. That's where you can find out what kind of bird he is. I think he is only a few weeks old, but he is "growing like a bad weed," as my mother used to say.
