Which party?

Dylan has always been a bit of a political animal and now he has decided to stand in the forthcoming election.
He has asked me to be his campaign manager and to arrange publicity photos and this is the first one.
He hasn't quite finalised his policies, but at the moment, he is promoting:
Equal rights for rabbits
Tax concessions for creatures with big ears
Carrots to be made available on the National Health
He has chosen this track  for his campaign song
( I haven't had the heart to tell him that he might have a few problems)
