Sometimes

1. Sometimes you just need a steak for dinner.

2. Sometimes the only picture you take all day is a picture of a steak.

3. Sometimes the wool gets lifted from your eyes. Watching confessions of a junior doctor and realising things are so much worse than I imagined.

4. Sometimes you can't watch the news or talk about the news or engage with politics in anyway because it only leads to despair.

5. Sometimes the outside world makes finding 5 good things in a day tough. But my god those doctors were inspirational.
