The even longer friday
We started at the coast again, at Rudbjerg church, or rather where it once was. This coast is being diminished by the sea and where there was once lots of space to put a church, there is now only air. But the view is fabulous. The lighthouse close by (see extra) is a popular motive when you see tourist pictures from the area.
On we went to Aggersborg, a huge Viking ring castle, and then a short stop in Logstør for a walk and a meal.
In the end we stopped also at Viborg, a cosy town with lots of those cute old buildings. The sad part is that the Cathedral which is a mighty building, is just a rather poor copy of what it once was, and there are only some cornerstones left - medieval fanatic Lars in extra number 2
