Out on the mountain bike this morning. Weather was not what was promised by the forecast and it was a bit cloudy and drizzly.

When I got home Liam was about to go out for a hill run and, despite my retirement, I went with him. First off, I ran away before he'd finished tying his laces and then when he caught up I told him I'd forgot to lock the front door so he offered to go back and do it. On top of that he's been coughing and wheezing all week. So it looks like I can still win if I cheat and my opponent is sick.
