My new Gym

Well since returning from Spain I've ran six 5km circuits and today I joined a kick boxing gym. I spent an hour skipping, using punch bags, kick bags, medicine ball and speed ball. Feeling knackered but virtuous! Plan is try and go a minimum of 3 days a week, ideal 5 days a week. Note to self, my left arm needs a lot of work!
