Did lots of walking in the course of the day.

Two walks through the Botanics. Once by myself (listening to birds and stopping to take photos), the second time with 3 boys (them trying to catch Pokemon and shouting loudly).

Jaggy throat and swollen glands - this lingering sniffle better not be turning into something.
