Day 8 - 256 Pounds

Firstly, let me thank all of you who have left comments and/or subscribed. I'm overwhelmed by the support I've received. Thank you, it's really helpful.

As you can see (well perhaps not from the photo!) I've had a good start, losing 10 pounds in the first week. I know a significant part of this is water but still, not too bad.

Aiming for 2 pounds by next Saturday and each week thereafter.

As a reward, I'm allowing myself some wine tonight - something nice.
