PC Upgraded from Vista to Windows 7

Hopefully my brothers PC will be my last Vista upgrade to Windows 7, next month Windows 8 should be released and once I understand how the licensing will work It maybe easier just to do Windows 7 to 8 upgrades or fresh installs of Windows , it may not be everyone's cup of tea, but as usual I will go with the flow.
