I've lived in Scotland for longer than I lived in England now and there is only really one thing that I think it's missing to make it perfect - cheese and onion pie! So, a visit to mum's in Saddleworth always means a trip to the pub and a blowout on pie, chips and beans. Feel a bit sick now...
