"Old Maid - Antiquated Virginity"

Bristol Open Doors Day so after setting out books and selling for two hours in the M Shed in aid of the Bristol Museums I scampered round the city poking my nose into buildings that aren't usually open to the public. In the back rooms of the Library I casually opened a little dust covered book called Heads and found this which made me giggle and concerned our guide who wondered what he'd said!
