Eaten edges

When I first saw this I thought I'd discovered a new fungi. Turns out I found a fly agaric that some insect has feasted on. Well thats what I'm told anyway.

What a disappointment, but it's a wonderful art work it has created.

I always thought they were poisonous, but maybe not to bugs.
