September sun and sea

Took time to sit on the beach at Worthing. The bird on the post was a cormorant but it was scared off before I had a chance to get closer. Earlier I had walked/waded along the beach from Lancing as it was low tide; my walk home was along the coastal road as the tide had turned. A perfect day.
