K & I went out running this morning. I intended to take a blip then, but the weather turned just as we were finishing.
K's doing really well with the C25K programme although as she's almost 11 we thought it more realistic for her to aim for 3K (initially anyway) She's doing it to achieve her Scout badge on physical recreation.
I took this blip during a walk round the park with Tinker.
