First fledgling Sparrow .....

........ of this year!

I was filling the feeders this morning when I heard a tiny little cheep ....... looked around & saw this little cutie!

Dashed indoors for the camera ...... sneaked back out of the door hoping it would still be there ...... success ..... it was!

Unfortunately I was just too late to photograph it being fed by Mum ....... but even so I was chuffed to get this before they flew off ..... do hope you like it :-)

The poor little thing might soon wish it was still in its cosy nest ...... as according to the weatherman Winter is due to return next week ...... hope it survives :-(
