Not such a perfect day!

Had to phone my first ambulance today - 999!
On the way to school this afternoon I spotted a young girl who must have in her late teens, keel over from the pavement onto the road. I pulled over and she was unconscious so I immediately called 999, another parent pulled over who was a nurse and put her in the recovery position. The ambulance took less than 5 minutes to arrive and took over. I was amazed at how many people just passed by with comments like "och it is just a junkie!", which she may have well been I'm not 100%, but she was still a young girl lying in the road unconscious.
Afterwards I kicked myself saying I should have blipped that, then wondered about the ethics of posting it even if I had....anyway the top marks go to the emergency services.
