Blossom.

I have been watching the blossom come out on a tree that is very near the High School in Kelso and finally on Friday afternoon I had the time and my camera, but it was really far too windy and non of the shots were very clear. Luckily, I was able to photograph the wee cutie from across the road for my blip instead,

This afternoon, I popped into Melrose for my paper and was delighted to see just as nice a tree by the Greenyards, the home of Melrose RFC. There was white blossom, light pink blossom, and dark red blossom. I took quite a few pictures before I noticed a bumble bee on a bush with orange flowers. I have put it in extras but have no clue what variety of bush it is.
