Morning read

These two have a rule that they are not allowed up before 7.30 on a weekend day so mum and dad get more sleep. This is the fun they were having this morning - reading the Pokémon encyclopaedia by torchlight :-D
Busy day - footie with D, cricket with C, SWI fed show, friends over for tea and muffins, A did a very long run through the pentlands so I was on dinner duty.
10k run planned for tomorrow.
