A change in the weather?

I went down to the market first thing this morning, hoping to buy some of Roisin's delicious soda bread to take as a contribution to the factory lunch. Unfortunately she wasn't there, so I bought plums and sausage rolls instead. On the way back I quickly blipped this view down Frogmore Street, wondering whether these clouds presage a change in the weather.

The last time you saw a version of this view lots of you commented on how cheerful the bunting was. Operative word "was". Our wonderful idiotic town council saw fit to take it down the other day.
