FD In Town

My annual review of all things financial is under way directed by my Financial Director, alias Jamie our best man.    We have made a lot of progress in the last year on basic budgeting and management reporting so now we are focused on strategy, forecasting and risk scenarios.    One key message or takeaway is to worry less and celebrate more the successes of my own one-man business.  

More than this very much valued help was the sheer pleasure of being reunited with a great friend and a particularly nice dinner at L'Alegria on Plaza Concordia, here in Barcelona.
