Before the curtain goes up

I work several venues on campus, about 2,200 seats total combined.  This venue needs refurbishing in the worst way, the seating is awful.  I caught the first half of the show in this venue this afternoon, Shrek, The Musical.  They students did a great job.   This evening however was a whole different ball game...it was awful.  On top of the customer problems I had to fire an usher on the spot.  What fun.
