Art Homework

Susie needed some sea-side shots for her Art homework. She needs landscapes, seascapes and cityscapes. So far, so good with a dash to the coast, where we discovered Nose's Point.

This is a cleaned up bit of Durham's Heritage Coast, formerly the site of a colliery, iron works and bottle factory.

Today it was quite pretty, with only a few traces of blight in the shape of concrete and coal, punctuating the shingle beach.
