Why are men always the ones made into statues?
This particular example is architect William Henry Playfair who, according to Wikipedia, was one of the greatest Scottish 19th century architects, designing many of Edinburgh's neo-classical New Town landmarks.
Worthy of bronze I'm sure, but where are the statues for women of note?
