A glass half full

I promise no more reflections and no more fine dining for a while. Today was the last day of the programme that I have been running here.. our lunch with (just one!) a glass of wine was the celebration (we are in France after all). (Well Cathabar did ask me to photograph the wine glasses with the wine in them this time). We were particularly thanking Mr A for his wonderful cooking all this week. So a special time an end of one stage and undoubtedly the beginning of another journey for the group and of course for us too...

Tomorrow we fast and we cycle!! Well I will be having porridge for fuel before we go!! It will be a quiet day and a day of reflection on the week that has gone.. a glass more than half full...
